28th February 2017
An environment consultancy is the latest business to relocate to Joseph’s Well in Leeds as part of a hat-trick of deals at the historic office building.
Delta-Simons has taken 1,104 sq ft on the top floor of the 156,000 sq ft, five-storey building in Westgate.
Two other lettings have also been agreed - Symbol Consulting has taken 668 sq ft of space and Rape Crisis has taken 655 sq ft.
Damian Robinson, executive director of Delta-Simons, said: "We have relocated our Leeds office to Joseph’s Well to help with our company expansion due to sustained success over the past two years.
"Joseph’s Well is the perfect site to support a growing business like Delta-Simons due to the flexible workspace on offer."
Originally built for Leeds clothing magnate and MP Sir John Barran, Joseph's Well has recently undergone a transformation programme undertaken by Leeds-based property company J Pullan & Sons.
